| A wonderful weekend in Paternoster thanks to the Pharo family. Great to see them again after many years. They have such picturesque rooms in this wonderful little erstwhile fishing village. |

| The last time I was in Paternoster was in 1981 with the Barnard family. This beach had no houses then. Bit different now! |

| Mark Blewett rode from Cairo to Cape Town in 38 days. 339km per day average. That is 3 Cape Town Cycle races a day! The equivalent of 4 Tours de France back to back! Now that takes some doing on a road bike that Mark builds himself in his factory in China. Here he and his entourage arrive at the Cullinan Hotel in the City. |
