Early morning in January at SACS on my first day in the OBU Office 2015. The mountains beautiful as usual.

Grant showing some of my training did stick in 2013. Sorry not to be his coach in 2015 too, but he got his Blue anyway. Well done Grant to add to your other three Blues to show that you are a real 'all-rounder' SACS gentleman adding to your Kings College Taunton Exchange. Proud of you.

Three of my Javelin athletes from 2013 getting ready for success at the Triangular Athletics. Thomas, Grant (Full Blue) and Matthew. All winners.

Kirstenbosch Botannical Gardens and that magnificent and majestic mountain.
